We ship all our jewelry in heat-sealed bags. Before you open the bag, make sure the jewelry isn’t damaged, is the correct size (allow +/- .5 millimeter because our pieces are hand carved) and is what you want. Due to the nature of body jewelry, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the bag has been opened — no exceptions.
We guarantee all our jewelry for manufacturer’s defects and will replace any item as such. Contact us within 14 days to ensure a full exchange. We do not give cash back or refunds, only store credit or exchanges.
Refunds are only given if there was a mistake with your order before being sent out, like if an item sold out.
We do not refund the shipping and handling costs once an order has been sent.
If the jewelry you’re exchanging for is less than the price of your original jewelry, we’ll credit your account the difference. You are responsible for paying for sending your jewelry back unless otherwise arranged.
All SALE ITEMS are final sale and are not eligible for exchange.
Once any of our gold plated designs have been worn, they are no longer eligible for exchanges.
Gem or stone settings are fragile. To ensure a long life of your jewelry, please be mindful while opening and closing the clasp. Do not bend around the gem settings; this can result in losing gem or beadwork. We are unable to repair damaged or broken jewelry after being worn. Please be aware that pieces needing repairs may be subject to a fee depending on the work required. Please also be mindful that repairs can take up to 3- 6 months. We try our best to get it to you sooner, but repairs are sent to our artisans overseas.
We do not accept returns or free repairs on pieces that have been bent, broken, or lost stones/gems due to rough wear or inadequate care. While we are happy to fix these pieces, but a fee is required.
